Chesterton 185 Form-in-Place PTFE Joint Sealant Reliable Sealing with Minimal Re-Torque Requirements Chesterton 185 Expanded, Spooled Joint Sealant Form-In-Place is 100% virgin PTFE with micro-fibrillated internal structure for excellent stability. A micro-fibrillated ordinary PTFE structure turns into a dimensionally strong, creep-resistant material gasket. 185 provides a long-lasting, high-reliability seal with minimum re-torque requirements.
It is soft and portable, to conform to worn or uneven surfaces, and easy to use.
